1. Wrap a string or flexible measuring tape around your desired finger.

2. Find where the two sides connect, feeling slightly snug around your finger.

3. Mark where the string connects and measure the distance with a ruler (in mm).

4. Use the chart to the left to determine your ring size from the Inside Circumference row.

Tip: You can also measure another ring that you own. Select an existing ring that fits the desired finger. Measure the internal diameter of the ring (in mm) with a ruler.
