As a small business, we carefully prepare each order by hand. Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

• Domestic (EU): 3–7 business days
• United States / Canada: 7–14 business days
• Other regions: Please contact us for an estimate
  

We always aim to get your jewelry to you as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship within the EU, US, and Canada.

• US Delivered Duties Paid (DDP): No surprise customs fees at delivery - the price you see at checkout is final.
• For other regions, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

At Darling Devotion, we start preparing your order quickly so it can reach you as soon as possible. Because of this, we are usually unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you notice a mistake, please email us at hello@darling-devotion.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t been processed yet.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! Every order comes in our signature Darling Devotion jewelry box, making it a beautiful gift on its own.

If you’d like a handwritten note or gift receipt, just leave a note at checkout.

INTERNAL: Order Printer App (free by Shopify) → lets you customize packing slips/invoices and remove pricing.

• Packing Slip Customization → In Settings > Shipping and delivery > Packing slips, you can edit the template to hide prices. Then, when you print the packing slip, it essentially becomes a “gift receipt.”

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and in their packaging.

Important: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all returns and exchanges.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Please contact us at hello@darling-devotion.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange, and we’ll provide instructions.

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

We’re so sorry if this happens! Please email us at hello@darling-devotion.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

What materials are used in your jewelry?

We primarily use ASTM F136 Titanium for earrings and 316L Stainless Steel with PVD coating for rings, bracelets, and necklaces, which is durable, corrosion-resistant, and hypoallergenic for sensitive skin. The materials used for each piece will be noted in the Materials tab on each product page.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes! We design all our jewelry to be safe for sensitive skin. Most pieces are made from ASTM F136 Titanium or 316L Stainless Steel with PVD coating, which are highly biocompatible.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

Titanium and Stainless Steel are highly resistant to tarnish and corrosion, making it suitable for everyday wear. Normal care will keep it looking like new for years. Check out our care guide for more information.

Our jewelry is thoughtfully designed and crafted in China, a global hub for high-quality jewelry production. Chinese manufacturers specialize in precision jewelry manufacturing, allowing us to create intricate, durable designs with exceptional attention to detail and finish.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Store in a dry, clean place away from direct sunlight.

Wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth after wearing.

Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach, acetone, or ammonia.

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower/pool?

While our jewelry is durable and water-resistant, we recommend removing jewelry before swimming in chlorinated pools, hot tubs, or using harsh cleaning products to preserve the finish over time.
